Bangalore has Prestige Group, Adarsh Developers, Puravankara Group, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Mantri Group, RMZ Corp, SJR Group, India Builders Corporation and Nitesh Estates. But the key is not in getting attracted by name alone. Buyers may end up paying more just because of name. Survey localities, choose the right, clean place with access to Commercial Centers, Schools and Medical Facilities. Look around for builders with very good construction, in the chosen area.
