Development Agreement for Our Members:
As additional protection, all our members will get Development Agreement on Stamp Paper from Developer. This is in addition to Sale Agreement which is given on payment of Advance.
Payment Terms :
Pay 1L token Advance to Block Plot Number. Pay total of t 25% (including 1L) within a week and 25% within 45 Days from Token Advance Date and take Sale Agreement and Development Agreement. Balance 50% at Registration after HMDA approval in 4 to 6 Months time.
Maintenance and Security:
Developer will maintain and provide security for 3 years. Security will continue since watchman will stay with family.
