WHY SRISAILAM HIGHWAY?

We will see appreciation, demand and RESALE, only areas close to where actual construction of employment generating projects, would come up. Developers have been throwing sand in the eyes of buyers and herding buyers out to no man's land. They did get away for quite sometime. But not anymore. Initially, 99% of buyers had no clue to the geography of the land around Shamshabad. But now its getting clearer. Exact locations of Fabcity, SEZs can be seen on ground with companies constructing compound walls!! Avoid Bangalore Highway beyond Thimmappur unless there is very valid reason.

Pick up plots only in localities very close to these projects, after due evaluation. As always, we strongly recommend Srisailam Highway. From Airport Gate another 10 to 15Kms. (We may extend advisory to 20Km, if appreciable demand is seen). There is significant activity on Srisailam Highway. SEZs can be seen busy building compound walls and site leveling is going on. Hardware Park is really taking off with large structures mushrooming by the week. ( Activity can be seen from Highway). Fabcity has not seen construction work yet. But the recent statement by MD SemIndia, points to early action.
