According to Tishman Speyer chairman and co-chief executive officer , Jerry Speyer, who was in Hyderabad for the foral Inauguration of Tishman Speyer''s first Venture In India, the "Wave Rock" at Gachibowli, the ground breaking for the new project at Tellapur will happen in the first quarter of next year . The project was initially planned on 400 Acres. However since the Govt could not hand over only ~100 Acres, the project is being retsricted to available land.
The100 Acre Land has been levelled and protected with fencing and security at Tellapur. The Technocity Township is adjascent to Tellapur HUDA Township. Its right beside emerging projects like Aliens Space Station and Aditya Eden Woods.
ICICI and Tishman hold 37 per cent each in the project while the remaining is held by Nagarjuna Construction Company (NCC). Incidentally NCC is also currently developing a Township of 400 luxury Apartments on 6.4 Acres within 2KM of the Technocity Project, on behalf of Cyber Employees Welfare Society(CEWS) Hyderabad
