PLOT SELECTION & BID SUBMISSION SERVICE BY EXCLVENTURES:
Based on request from members we are offering following service for selecting plots in Nallagandla & Tellapur Layouts.
Option A - Fees Rs.5000.00
Selecing appropriate plot after site visit, checking plot location, any on site issues, road hit, accessibility, current status w r to home building, future potential with respect to alternative plots, nearby developments, site pictures etc and recommending plot number to place bid.
Option B - Fees Rs.10000.00
Scope of Option A PLUS submission of Bid docuemnts, DD etc at HMDA office in time. Attending Bid Opening. In case of not winning, follow up and get DD and return to client. In case of winning, coordinate further payments, get receipts and follow up till collection of Allotment Letter on behalf of Buyer.

1.0 E Bidding
(Excl Ventures News 25.June.2010) The Plot Auction is solely through E Bidding. Details of all availble plots can be seen online. Select desired plot and submit bid online. Buyers have to take DD for EMD amount in advance and DD detail is to be entered in the form. PAN number is mandatory. After placing Bid, Bid Details in specified form has to besubmitted as Hard Copy with Pan Card, DD etc to HMDA Office before 09.07.2010
The upset price is Rs.10,000 per SQD for all layouts except for Nandagiri Hills which is at Rs.40,000/sqd.
Note:As of 25th June, HMDA has not yet marked Plot Numbers in all the available Plots. We were told that they will re-upload the Plans soon. Available plots are shaded.

Last Date for submission of Originals of DD towords EMD : 09.07.2010 @ 4:00 PM
Price Bid Opening Date (Financial Bid Stage) : 12.07.2010 @ 11:00 AM
After Checking the PLOT PLAN (Link Above in Para 2.0), finalize desired Plot Number. Then Go to http://220.227.252.236/eauctions/BidDoc.aspx and click on the download link against the selected Plot Number in desired Layout. You will get PDF file with all legal terms and cost, EMD amount etc for the specific plot.
Please note that this document has details of ALL Layouts including size of plots in All Layouts. Hence you need not download copies for different plots, UNLESS you need to Bid for a specific plot. In this document there are forms which need to be filled offline after printing. These forms need to be submitted together with EMD DD, AFTER SUBMITTING BID ONLINE. Pan Card Copy, Address Proof etc also need to be submitted, together with this
Successful bidder has to pay 25% of plot cost within 7 days (that includes EMD) of Letter of Award. Balance 75% within 30 days from Letter of Award. In case of delay i) With interest @ 15% p.a. upto 3 months from LOA ii) With interest @ 18% p.a. - upto five months from LOA
