Kumar S: In these times when house prices went out of reach for even the above middle class families, this project has come in as God sent.
Admin: Thanks! We have large group of members who have been looking for homes, but the prices here are unbelievable. The effort now is to build, on cost Plus reasonable profit basis, rather than simply buy at quoted price of builders, which normally is several times the actual costs.
Surya N: You helped me get a Villa in Madinaguda a couple of years ago and I am hoping this venture is as good if not better. Please count me in!
Srinivas A : I am okay with larger plot. Need 2 Car Parks and 4 Bed Rooms
Chandra: Please choose elevation with tiled roof as at exclventures.com. Not Box type like Maytas or Indu
Admin: Sloped roof with tiling costs much more than box designs. Even with huge margin, developers are going for box type to make more profit. We have limited budget, as all of us are aware. Still, we will try for sloped roof with tiling. We will revert to members and discuss the matter, if we are unable to meet the proposed price levels.
Rajesh V: In this location, I would prefer, 250 SYDs plot, with min 2500 SFT built up area and cost around 70L

Kishore K: Can we have clarity on Balance payment schedule after Registration? Bank Loan?
Admin:The Balance payment will be spread over 12 to 15 Months. Construction Advance of 5L followed by installments every 3 months or by Bank Loan. (To be finalized)

Admin: Please note that HMDA(HUDA) has no jurisdiction within GHMC area w. r. to approvals. The project approval will be by GHMC since Gopanpalli is part of GHMC.
