The Second Buyers's Interractive Session was held on Saturday (26.07.2008), at Hitec City to apprise project progress, land registration status, approval, layout plan, design status etc and to enable Members of the Society to interact and share their views.

Time and Venue:
The program was organized on 26.07.2008, at the Garden Restaurant "Celebrations", at Hitec City. The Retaurent is just beside Accenture Buildings.
Due to drizzle, program had to be conducted indoors, instead of in the lawns of the Restaurent, as planned.
Participants:
More than 120 Members attended with several members sending their relatives. The meeting was graced by Mr. Srinivas, CMD of Akshaya Infra, the Architect of the Project.Mr. Vijay Voleti, one of the founding members was also present.
Session:
The first hour was left to members to meet others and interact with refreshments delivered at frequent intervals!
Mr. Pramod Kiron explained the concept, the features, the layout with central drive-way between Microsoft Society and the Project, the price benefit with regard to private ventures of similar nature, impact of increase in material costs, impact of approval fees etc. The market situation in Hyderabad was also explained.
This was followed by Q&A session with the Architect over half an hour. There was wide difference of opinion whther cantilever balconies should be provided or not considering the fact that it would cause total SFT area to increase further.
Ramkumar (Secretary) addressed the gathering after dinner. Ramkumar explained, the impact of cost and approval fee increase which is forcing Society to curtail Free Car Park to one, instead of 2. He informed that the issue of additional balconies will be discussed with all members and decided based on majority view.
Large Flex Prints Master Plan and Apartment Plans were displayed at the Venue.
